Our 2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir evokes the elegance of the vintage. Aromas of strawberry and tangerine stand out among the fruits jumping from the glass. The wine's acidity pops on the entry to the palate. Flavors of crunchy Red Delicious apple, raspberry and mint tea lead to a smooth finish.

Technical Notes

The alcohol content is 14.1% by volume, with a pH of 3.21 and titratable acidity of 6.6. Crafted using the saignée method, it is barrel fermented and aged for 4 months in old French oak.
