Naidu Wines Membership FAQ

Our goal is to craft an unparalleled wine experience, unlike any other, while fostering a dynamic community of wine enthusiasts. We aim to offer a Burgundian immersion, inviting our members to reside at the vineyard house, where they can fully embrace the wines and the terroir in all its splendor. General Membership Questions

Our members are shipped either four bottles (Premier Cru) or eight bottles of our finely crafted, predominantly single-vineyard, single-varietal wines sourced from our Naidu Estate or sustainably/organically farmed vineyards in Sonoma County. Wines are shipped three times annually - 12 (Premier Cru) or 24 (Grand Cru) and members enjoy discounts of either 10% or 20% off our retail prices. Wines are always shipped free and members enjoy these discounts anytime they place an order.

Both Premier and Grand Cru memberships are currently fully subscribed. Periodically, we may open our waitlist to welcome new members into our community. If you're interested in joining us, kindly add your name to our waitlist. At present the wait time is approximately six months.

Before each shipment, we send out an email detailing the current allocation that members will receive. This is your opportunity to indicate if you would like more of a particular wine or if you wish to exclude certain wines. We understand that preferences vary among our members, with some favoring our Pinots while others prefer our whites and bruts, and that's perfectly fine. You can also log in to your account online to customize your allocation.

Members receive complimentary tastings and enjoy discounts on every wine purchase, as well as free shipping. We are confident that our wine membership offers the best value in the wine country. You are welcome to bring your family and friends (up to total of eight guests including children) to spend time at the property.

To cancel your membership, please contact us at You are welcome to cancel after fulfilling either the one-year commitment or receiving three club shipments, whichever comes first. If you decide to rejoin after cancellation, you will be placed on the waitlist. Currently, the waitlist for Grand Cru is approximately 6 months, and for Premier Cru is approximately 12 months. Once a spot becomes available, you will be invited back to join. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work on making this the best wine community in the United States.

New members from the waitlist are required to fulfill either a one-year commitment or receive three allocation shipments, whichever comes first, before being eligible to cancel their membership.

Due to the extensive waitlist of individuals eager to join our community, we are unable to accommodate members who wish to pause or skip their allocations. Thank you for your understanding.

After one year or three shipments, Grand Cru members have the option to downgrade to Premier Cru while still remaining part of the community. However, please note that your benefits will change, so review the differences in benefits before requesting the downgrade.

Estate Property Booking FAQ

In addition to our meticulously crafted wines and exciting events, your membership entitles you to a complimentary two-night stay (Premier Cru) or three-night stay (Grand Cru) at our luxurious four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vineyard house, with no nightly rental fees between January and March. Members also enjoy up to 20% discounted prices on wine purchases.

Stays beginning and ending between January 1st and March 31st each year are complimentary with your membership. For stays outside of these dates, members receive a 20% discount for Grand Cru and a 10% discount for Premier Cru.

You can check the available dates on the Airbnb Calendar. If dates are open and you're ready to book, please send us an email. We'll then send you an invoice for the cleaning fees, which amount to $485. Once this invoice is settled, your stay dates will be automatically confirmed.

There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $495, which is paid directly to our cleaners. Additionally, we offer an optional pool heating service priced at $125 per day. Pool heating is operational from 9 AM to 5 PM. If you choose to utilize the pool heating, the fee applies for all days except the checkout day.

Once you pay the $485 service fee, your reservation is confirmed, and the calendar is blocked so no one else can book your dates. As a result, we cannot allow any changes to your dates after the booking is confirmed. The $485 fee is non-refundable if you are unable to make the dates work, with no exceptions.

For stays commencing and concluding between April and December, Grand Cru members are eligible for a 20% discount off the total, while Premier Cru members receive a 10% discount.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate more than eight guests including children at the house.

An invoice for the cleaning fee of $485 will be sent within two days. Once the invoice is settled your stay is secured and not available for other guests to book.


Shipping allocations and other orders to members are always free of charge. However, reshipments due to undeliverability will incur a $40 fee to cover the cost of reshipping the wines.

Alcohol, being a regulated product, incurs substantial shipping and return costs. We ship using FedEx, UPS, or GLS, all of which are courier services that have three delivery attempts. After these attempts, a fee equivalent to the initial shipping charge is imposed by the courier for returning the package to the sender. If a package is returned and a reshipment is requested, there is an additional $40 fee for reshipment.

Feel free to email us once you've received the allocation email. You can then request to have the shipment held at the winery for your pickup.
