This is deep, dark, brooding stuff. There's blackberry, dark cocoa powder, cinnamon and clove aromas on the nose, while the palate gives saturated black cherry, toasted baking spices and a wealth of grippy tannin, balanced by a core of raspberry-lemon acidity. Lay this down for a hot second and it will sing. Drink 2027-2040. — Tom Capo, Wine Enthusiast.
