The perfectly well-rounded refreshing drink with fruity notes of tart tangerine and luscious strawberries. The wine’s acidity pops upon entry to the palate. Flavors of honey crisp apple and raspberry lead to a smooth and silky finish. The wine was fermented and aged in neutral French Oak barrels. We blocked malo-lactic fermentation to preserve acidity and freshness. Minimal sulfur was added to prevent oxidation. The wine is fresh, lively, and ready to drink. Enjoy!
