Our Brut Rosé sets the right mood for any celebration! Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, its elegant pink hue is inviting. On the palate are notes of ripe strawberry with a hint of cream and spice. The mouth is round, with a creaminess from the fine mousse. The bright, fresh fruit is followed to the finish-crisp and clean.
The 2021 Naidu Estate Pinot Noir shows classic Sebastopol Hills spice and crunchy red fruit. The wine shows aromatics of black tea, cherry, and pine. On the palate the flavors follow with cranberry, raspberry and dried herbs. The bright acidity holds the wine together and leads to a long smooth finish. This is a wine that really dances with grace between old and new world Pinot Noir.
This wine shows tremendous fruit intensity. The black cherry, red plum and toasted spice aromatics hint at the fruit and spice combo in this wine. The silky textures open up notes strawberry preserves and cranberry on the palate. The wine showcases grapes from two vineyards - The Naidu Estate and Marshall Ranch Vineyard, less than a mile from Naidu Estate. Both terroirs are on sandy loam soil of Goldridge and are sustainably farmed. This vintage is made up of Dijon Clones 23, 115 & 777.

There's blackberry, dark cocoa powder, cinnamon and clove aromas on the nose, while the palate gives saturated black cherry, toasted baking spices and a wealth of grippy tannin, balanced by a core of raspberry-lemon acidity. Technical Notes
The alcohol content is 14.5% by volume, with a pH of 3.6 and titratable acidity of 5.8. Aged for 16 months in barrels, with no racking until bottling, and left unfined and unfiltered. Crafted with 55% new French oak
